Brycelaine has a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Colby Self is Principal of Eco-innovations and Managing Director of Eco-rate. Colby is a Northwest ENERGY STAR® for Homes Verifier and an EPEAT® and WaterSense partner liaison. He brings expertise in environmental policy and socio-economics to Eco-innovations’ projects.
