Eco-innovations is an energy management and green building consulting company. Our mission is to promote sustainable choices by focusing on the economic and environmental benefits of energy efficiency and green building. Our services are described below.


Energy Solutions

Eco-innovations delivers cost-effective solutions to improve energy efficiency in residential, commercial and community buildings. We analyze energy performance, develop energy efficient product recommendations, create implementation strategies and administer government and public utility incentive programs. Our comprehensive approach is founded on the principles that energy efficiency saves money, protects the environment and does not compromise quality of life.


Green Building
Eco-innovations’ team of LEED® Accredited Professionals provide on-going project management support as green building consultants and general contractors (license #ECOIN**923D4). We develop green building strategies to ensure implementation is consistent with ENERGY STAR®, Built Green™, and LEED® green building programs. We also provide third-party verification services for these programs. Eco-innovations works with architects, developers, builders, property owners and real estate professionals to increase building value, decrease utility expense, maximize resources and minimize environmental impact.


Green Marketing
Eco-innovations develops and implements green project marketing strategies. We focus on positive market differentiation by promoting the advantages of living and working in green buildings. We work with builders, property owners and real estate professionals to develop and implement strategies that add Green Appeal™ and marketability to properties for sale. Green Appeal improves the livability of buildings by improving indoor air quality, water and energy efficiency, and overall comfort, leaving a lasting positive impression on buyers. Curb appeal may add aesthetic value, but Green Appeal increases value by distinguishing a property with measurable economic, environmental and family health benefits.

Green construction increases upfront costs by 0-1%, but translates to:

+    7.5% increase in building value.

+    3.5% higher occupancy rates with 3% higher rents.

+    30% lower utility expenses.
